Premier is a leader in writing vacant dwellings across Canada. Policy terms of 3 months or 6 months are available. Replacement cost coverage can be granted on newer homes - refer to your underwriter. Whether it is a home up for sale, awaiting a new tenant or new owner moving in, etc, Premier can assist. Homes under extensive renovation should be referred to the Premier Construction Dept.
